About Us
Founded in 2016 by Blake Wilcox who spent 20 years in Boston as a Mechanical Engineer building mixed use high-rises and complex life science & healthcare spaces. The Joppa Group was formed with the core value of bringing "big construction" process to small construction projects throughout the Northshore and Southern NH. We are a team of builders and managers with a passion for complex projects that require careful planning and attention to detail. We are uniquely positioned for complex projects with our ability to self-perform key tasks (demo, framing, rough and finish carpentry, foundations).
Builder first - then manager. All of our project leaders started out as a laborer and worked their way up to carpenter, finish carpenter and then project lead/project manager. Our project managers can build schedules, develop ROJ logs, execute QAQC but can also demo the space, build the walls and pour the foundation if need be.

We offer GC and CM services in the Northshore area of Ma and the south coastal areas of NH.
