Whether it's our in-house estimating or third party validation we can help guide your decisions with cost management and target value designs. We leverage our strong relationships with the subcontractor market, local vendors and specialty vendors to gain real time costing.  

 Our document management process and software platform are fundamental to the success of the project. Fieldwire is used to  create efficient communication between our project management team, design teams, our subcontractors and clients. This technology streamlines and keeps all information centrally located including schedules, submittals, RFIs and cost management. 

Early schedule development identifies critical milestones and understands the necessary speed in order to stay on track. With our strategic ability to self perform critical activities (demo, carpentry, concrete work) and our strong relationships with key subcontractors, we can uniquely ensure schedule predictability.   Our inhouse scheduling uses Microsoft Project and is updated weekly to help ensure we are using accurate up to date information to make real time informed decisions.  

The Joppa Group has the strategic ability to self perform Demolition, Framing, High-End Custom Carpentry and Woodworking, General Service Carpentry and Concrete Work.  We have a large group of company carpenters and craftsmen that can self perform many key tasks critical for today's complex construction needs.
