The Joppa Group is made up of not just the finest Builders in the area but we are also family and friends. We come together everyday to perform our craft and our number one mission is that everyone goes home just as they came in. 

Commitment.  Our Safety manager inspects all projects on a weekly basis.  We leverage BuilderTrend and the daily reports to inspect and document our project sites.  We are constantly improving our safety goals and most recently we have recently invested heavily in SawStops table saws to eliminate injury while using table saws.  

Our weekly team meetings opens with the #1 item - SAFETY.   Job sites change all the time so constant communication and sharing lessons learned is paramount to our culture of safety.
